At ANKKSHMI, we take pride in offering handcrafted jewellery made with precision and care. Due to the unique nature of our products, slight variations in colour, design, or stones may occur, which are not considered defects. All our items undergo rigorous quality checks before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

1. The product was damaged in transit.
2. An incorrect item was delivered. 

No other reasons for return will be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

1. The item must be returned unworn and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and barcode intact.
2. The return request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. Returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with will not be accepted.

Return Process
Inform Us:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item if it is damaged or incorrect by emailing us at support@ankkshmi.in
2. Attach clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any damage for verification.

Approval:

1. Our Quality Control (QC) team will review the request and decide if the product qualifies for a return.
2. Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return  request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
3. Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.

Refund:

1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt.
2. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds are processed in the form of a coupon code valid for one year from the date of issuance.
2. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
3. Refund coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts and can only be used for one-time purchases.

Important Notes

1. Minor variations in colour, design, and natural stones are part of the handcrafted process and are not grounds for returns.
2. Return requests not initiated within 48 hours of delivery or items not received within 5 days of return approval will not be processed.
3. We are not liable for lost or damaged return packages if proper shipping and tracking methods are not used.
